Middle Creek Road causes traffic delays

Sevierville, TN-Construction is well under way affecting traffic flow on some widely traveled roads. Middle Creek Road connects Sevierville to Pigeon Forge allowing those, who know about it, a bypass around heavy Parkway traffic.
Construction crews, who are working on the new Middle Creek Road project, will be removing truckloads of dirt from the area and are expected to complete that job 60 days. Construction crews will need to cross Middle Creek near Sunrise Circle (by 105.5 FM Radio Station). Heavy traffic delays can be expected throughout the day.
The hospital, as well as several other businesses, is located along Middle Creek Road. Residents of Sevier County should plan plenty of time when using the road. Seymour residents might consider taking the White’s School Road route into Pigeon Forge.
