Public Notice

Tennessee State Bank, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, intends to establish a branch office of the bank at 3307 Winfield Dunn Parkway in Kodak, Sevier County, Tennessee 37764. Notice is hereby given that the Bank intends to notify the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta within seven (7) days of the publication of this notice of the Bank’s intention to establish the branch. Interested persons may submit information and comments regarding this branch application. Comments shall be considered timely if the comment, together with all supplemental information, is submitted in writing to the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta prior to expiration of the public comment period. Written comment on this notice may be made to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta at 1000 Peachtree Street N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30309-4470, within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Approval for the establishment of the branch was granted by the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions on February 11, 2002.
