Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat coming to Knox Bijou

Knoxville, TN - Director Abigail Crabtree’s magnificent production of JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT opens the inaugural 2002-2003 Bijou Music Theater Series, playing August 9 - September 1, 2002. A huge Cumberland County Playhouse hit in ‘97 and ‘99, the Knoxville cast of 71 singers, dancers and talented children recount the familiar story of Joseph, his brothers’ jealousy, his dreams and his spectacular coat of many colors. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s internationally known rock opera JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT entertains the entire family with non-stop dance, music and gargantuan, opulent bedazzlement!!
