Death for Peterson

A jury in Redwood City, California, decided that defendant Scott Peterson should be executed for killing his wife, Laci, and her unborn son. The decision came after jurors deliberated for a third day and had asked for further evidence for viewing. The jury that convicted Peterson of murder was the same jury that decided his fate. The judge will formally sentence Peterson on February 25th.
