tennessee state bank hires phillips for seymour

Tennessee State Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of David Phillips, as the new Community Banking Officer for its Seymour Branch.

A Sevier County native, Phillips is a graduate of Sevier County High School as well as the University of Tennessee. He has also taken numerous banking and continuing education classes over the past 12 years.

Phillips is active n the Seymour community through his involvement in the Seymour Rotary Club, United Way and Leadership Tomorrow.

"Having grown up in Sevier County, I have witnessed TSB's growth and involvement in the community. TSB has been a cornerstone of the financial services industry in this area and it is an honor to be associated with the bank," says Phillips.

Todd Proffitt, President and CEO of Tennessee State Bank is proud to have David join the staff. "The fact that David has been a part of this community his entire life is a value to our customers and the community of Seymour."
