Y-12 Federal Credit Union announced today that Tom Lively has joined the credit union as Manager of Mortgage Operations. He will lead the processing and servicing of all real estate products. Mr. Lively has more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the financial services industry. He is married to Sherry Lively and they reside in Lenoir City, TN
