Lisa Osterman, Employment Manager, was recently credentialed as a Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) by the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR). The organization provides leadership and support to the profession through advocacy, education and professional development. NAHCR has more than 1,000 members nationwide, serving nurse, allied health, physician recruiters and human resources professionals; working in hospitals, home care, long term care, rehabilitation facilities, HMOs, schools of nursing and the military. Osterman is only the second person in Tennessee to receive this recognition.
Amanda Armstrong, Major Gifts Officer, has been promoted to Director of Annual Giving in the Development Department. Armstrong will oversee the fundraising aspects of all events for Children's Hospital as well as play a key role in the development of new relationships with potential sponsors.
