Hansen is certified master textile cleaner

Sevierville business owner, Randy Hansen, owner of Hansen Steamway Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, recently completed all requirements to receive his certification as MASTER TEXTILE CLEANER from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The IICRC, a non-profit certifying organization, establishes the minimum standards and practices for the cleaning and restoration industry. Master Textile Cleaner Certification is only awarded to those participants who attend classroom study and successfully pass the written examinations.  Areas of certification include Carpet Cleaning Technician, Commercial Carpet Care, Upholstery Cleaning Technician, Carpet Repair and Re-Installation, Water Damage Restoration, Color Repair Technician, and Odor Control Technician.  “It’s quite an honor,” says Hansen, “Receiving this certification.
