Man Falls to Death from Ladder

A man working from a ladder in the South Knoxville area fell to his death March 20.

The identity of the man was released by the Knox County Sheriff’s Department March 20. He is 31-year-old Matthew Shore Haselden of Knoxville.

Haselden fell off a ladder, which was on scaffolding, last Tuesday afternoon at 4409 Clinchview Ln.,

An unidentified witness where Haselden was working found him unconscious around 1:30 p.m. Rural Metro responded and pronounced him dead on the scene.
