Real estate investors and homeowners alike will be pleased to know the market appears to be turning around. In fact, foreclosure filings were down to their lowest level since April of 2007 at the beginning of 2013.

This past week the Sevier County Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors listed 199 foreclosed properties. The Knoxville Area Association of Realtors comparatively listed 1,124 foreclosed homes.
