Jose Acosta, a Cuban by birth, who twice escaped Marxist regimes, will tell his story March 21, 6:30 p.m., at the Thompson-Carr Center located across the street from Sevier County High School.

“What I experienced in the past in Cuba and Venezuela, I want to relate that to what I’m seeing now,” Acosta said. “I want to tell you my personal living experiences and will let you make your own decisions.”
