Customer Service Drives Insurance

For many people the insurance industry can seem overwhelming, but a lifetime Seymour resident has the experience to ease local worries.

Gary Underwood has owned and operated a local Farmers Insurance Group agency for 22 years.

“I have always stressed customer service with this agency,” he said. “Insurance is only a piece of paper until you have a claim. We don’t want you to have to find out what coverage you have only when you have to file a claim.”
