Teenager Charged With Sexually Assaulting a Four-Year-Old

According to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals, a 13 year old male juvenile has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a six-year-old female in the Northview/Kodak community.

Seals stated that at approximately 6:16p.m. Feb. 23 the Sheriff’s Office received a call to Herman Snyder Way stating that her six and four-year-old children were playing in the backyard and the brother came in the home and told his mother that his six year old sister had walked away with a man.

The mother went outside and started yelling for her daughter and she came out of some woods behind the home with a rope tied around her wrist and partially clothed.

The child then told her mother that man sexually assaulted her.
