Repeat Seymour Offender Busted in Sevierville

Sevierville Police Department arrested David Ray Richards and booked the repeat law offender suspect Feb. 18.  The repeat local offender has a lengthy rap sheet of charges, warrants and arrests.

Richards, 37, was apprehended by Sevierville Police during the early morning  hours of Feb. 18 and booked for the vandalism charge.

“An employee at the Food City on Hwy. 66 Winfield Dunn Parkway in Sevierville called in and reported two males fleeing the scene of the suspected vandalism in a four door white vehicle,” explained arresting officer Eric Denton.
