The City of Sevierville Parks and Recreation Department will be offering a lifeguard certification class at the Sevierville Community Center during March.

A skills set test will take place Mar. 1 at 5 p.m. to determine whihc of the the top eight students will advance to the class.

The class itself will be held Mar. 9, 10, 16, and 17 from 8:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Participants must be at least 15-years old, pass the Mar. 1 skills test, and register before attending classes.  The course fee of $120  is due after the skills test on March 1.
