In an attempt to settle an 18 month long conflict between neighbors, a local resident reached out to his County Commissioner to address a flooding concern, but was given little consideration for his dilemma.

The problem in question involves Seymour resident Chuck McCorskey, who lives on Hendron Chapel Rd.

“About 18 months ago my pond started to get muddy during the rain and it had never done that before,” he said. “Then I noticed a neighbor who lives behind me on Pratt Road pushing around dirt with Caterpillar excavation equipment.”
