Eagle Den subdivision is located off of Boyds Creek Hwy. in Seymour. (The Herald/ Joe King)

A juvenile who had allegedly forced entry into a home in a Seymour subdivision was taken into custody Feb. 11.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. the Sevier County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call that a youth was observed by neighbors burglarizing a home in the Eagle Den subdivision.

The suspect reportedly left the scene in a red Dodge Dakota pick-up truck.
