After losing to the Morristown West Lady Trojans at Seymour, the Lady Eagles (16-11, 9-5 District 2-AAA) then won the next two games over Sevier County and South-Doyle away only to lose to Cocke County at home.
The loss to the Lady Trojans (15-7, 9-1) was the sixth loss in eight games for the Lady Eagles before they turned it around by winning two out of the next three.
The league leading Lady Trojans only led by four 25-21 at the half but after that it was all Lady Trojans as the Lady Eagles scored only 12 points the entire second half.
