Harpists to Performance for V-Day

Harp music is sometimes described as the heavenly music of angels. The opportunity to hear a concert of multiple harps and harpists gives local residents the chance to encounter a heavenly host.

For the tenth year, a Harp Ensemble Valentine’s Concert will be held at the Blount County Public Library. The performance will take place Feb 9, at 2 p.m.

William Lovelace, former national presidential of the American Harp Society, will direct the concert and is the instructor for the harpists.

A unique event anywhere in the world, this concert will be a special privilege for Blount County area residents to enjoy a concert of seven harps and harpists.
