While traveling north on Chapman Hwy. a vehicle collided with a southbound car while attempting to turn onto Boyds Creek Hwy.

The accident took place at about 8 p.m. Jan. 29.

“The car turning toward Boyds Creek Hwy. hit the other car head-on,” said eye-witness Gregory Valentine. “I couldn’t see how many people were in the sliver car. .”

The vehicle that hit the turning car was a Ford Taurus.
