State Representative Dale Carr (R-TN), who represents Seymour as part of the Twelfth District, spoke to residents at an open forum Jan. 24.

The public outreach was held at the Thompson- Carr Real Estate Center as part of the monthly Sevier County Tea Party meeting.

Carr began by emphasizing his support for the Right to Bear Arms.
