A two car accident that occurred Jan. 23 at about 2:30 p.m. proved once again the dangers of another Chapman Hwy. intersection.

While traveling south down Chapman Hwy. Zachary Tyler Boltow stopped at a red light in the center turn lane as he waited to pull his black Dodge Charger into the parking lot of White’s Hardware in South Knoxville.
