The Seymour Lady Eagles basketball team traveled to Morristown East through flood conditions and as heavy favorites only to come home with a loss as the Lady Hurricanes brought down the Lady Eagles 45-40.

Morristown East (6-14, 2-7 in District 2-AAA) had just lost by 39 points to Morristown West just a few days before.

The Lady Eagles (13-9, 6-3) showed little intensity and effort which effected their execution.
