Church to Host Love Banquet

The South Knoxville Church of God will have its annual “Love Banquet”” Feb. 10.

Church officals invited the community to join thgem for morning worship at 10:45 a.m. and then share a free lunch.

The menu will consist of chopped steak and gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, drink, and dessert.

“We would like to invite the South Knoxville and Seymour community to come and fellowship with us,” said Reverend David Hurst.

Sunday School is at 9:45 am, followed by a Morning Praise and Worship service at 10:45 am.

Sunday Evening service is starts at 6 pm.

Our Adult Bible study is on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.” Hurst added. “In our fellowship hall, with light refreshments available during this service.

GZ students meet at the “Barn” Wednesdays at 6 p.m. for 6^th through the 12^th grades.  The children’s Kid Zone meets at 7 pm on Wednesday’s for grades K-5^th.

“Please come and join in all that the Lord has for you at the South Knoxville Church of God,” he said.

The South Knoxville Church of God is located approximately 1 mile off Chapman Highway at 5623 Magazine Rd.
