The Friends of the King Family Library are honored to provide the Friends the opportunity to meet the Artist behind the successful note card fundraiser.
The Friends have been selling note cards with prints of some of the works by local artist, Frances Ostergren.
The note cards were created using works she donated to the King Family Library.
Frances has graciously agreed to talk to us at our Membership Meeting about growing up and becoming an artist in Sevier County. She will also take some questions after speaking.
