One of the most prevalent factors that hang overhead after New Year’s is the accomplishment of goals and it seems Seymour and South Knoxville are well underway to working out their fitness resolutions.

“Enrollment has been up by about 25 percent since the start of the year,” said Club Fit 101 Owner Andrew Nolan.
Nolan, who owns the only 24 hour gym in Seymour, is offering his customers an extra hand-up in reaching their 2013 fitness goals.

In addition to a $20 a month single rate membership and a $35 a month duel membership,  Zumba Fitness, certified trainers and locker rooms with showers are some of the other benefits provided by the local gym.

“You get the benefits of a large gym with the price of a small gym,” he said. “We are also doing a lot of things for the community such as hosting the Seymour Aquatic Team. I want Seymour to have nice things too.”
