The Seymour Lady Eagles basketball team remains undefeated in the district (9-2, 4-0 District 2-AAA) by defeating the Morristown East Lady Hurricanes 52-39 at Seymour.

Just four days before the Lady Eagles beat Morristown West therefore this gave them a sweep of the Morristown teams.

The Lady Eagles started slow as they trailed most of the first and second quarter and went into intermission trailing 24-19.
