Maryville College’s Janell Menard was named to the D3hoops.com Women’s Basketball National Team of the Week presented by Scoutware after averaging 21.0 points in a pair of victories last week for the Scots.

Menard went 16-for-20 from the field for the week including an 8-for-9 effort from beyond the arc. She went 9-for-9 from the field in MC’s first USA South challenge and 4-for-4 from 3-point range and averaged 21.0 points per game.

Menard is averaging 16.8 points for the Scots, who are 3-1 this season and host Covenant College and Emory University at home this weekend.
