Often times the impression left on a child who has been through an emergency situation can be more devastating than the disaster itself.
To help ease the pain of loss, Seymour’s Precious Lamb Preschool has become the third organization in Tennessee to operate a Stuffed Animals For Emergencies chapter.
“’Last year we did something similar, but not as part of the organization” said President of SAFE’s Seymour Chapter Amy Worley.
Worley, who is also the Assistant Director of Precious Lamb Preschool, said she took up this particular cause to help provide children with a sense of security during a frightening moment of their life.
