Proving the construction for Phase Two of the Hwy. 66 project is nearing its end, all three lanes are now open in both directions.

Phase Two, which is designated as Douglas Dam Rd. to south of the I-40 Interchange, is contracted through Blalock and Sons Construction.

Crews have been working hard all week to install signs, complete the final pavement markings, install fence, and perform general cleanup.

There are just a few added details and housekeeping items left before the project is completed in the next few week.
