The Sevier County visioning process Our Smokies, Our Future held a summit to rank the importance of ideas generated from a handful of facilitated meeting Nov. 13.
Coordinator for OSOF, Stefanie Johnson, explained all community concerns were divided into three categories, Our People, Our Prosperity, and Our Government.
Johnson then explained these categories were divided into smaller subgroups which the nearly 200 people in attendance would be asked to rank on a scale of one to five with an electronic Radio Frequency voting remote.

Manipulated is right. And I’m sorry to say that as well intentioned as most of the attendees–and even the facilitator(s)– are, they are completely oblivious to that. Critical thinking is a lost facet of life to a growing number of Americans.
Joe, you’ve done an excellent job keeping up with and reporting fairly on OSOF. Good job
