The Seymour cross country team has completed another successful season under the guidance of Coach Richard Allen.  Cross country track is a sport with no physical contact but is grueling by nature.  The sport takes tremendous discipline and endurance.

The boys had a team that performed well, while the girls didn’t have enough participation for a complete team but had some outstanding individual performances.

“We had a pretty fair boys’ team but we only had three girls who ran so we didn’t have enough for a complete girls’ team,” said Coach Allen.
