Construction for the first in the area concert mixing plant has been delayed.

The Blalock and Sons Concert Mixing Plant, which was planned for construction for the first week of November, may not begin the process for as long as two months.

“We are still waiting for permits to be approved by the County and State,’ said Blalock Ready Mix Operations Manager Wesley Blalock.

Once approved, the plant is planned to be constructed at the corner of Chapman Hwy. off of Community Park Road and Clear View Drive.
