Two men from Knox County have been charged in connection with two burglaries in Seymour.

Arrested were David Lee Dozard, 31, of 5310 Avis Ln., Knoxville and Shawn F. Mitchell, 30, of 8516 Pratt Rd. Knoxville.

Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals said a burglary was reported on Circle Dr. in Seymour Oct. 30.

Video surveillance cameras at the scene led law enforcement to identify the suspects as two white males driving a red Oldsmobile. The information was sent to surrounding agencies and the a vehicle matching the description was stopped by Knoxville Police Department Oct. 31.
