Adding to a local criminal round-up, a Blount County man has been arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred on Illinois Ave. in Seymour Oct. 27

The property owner reported that someone went into his garage and took items from the garage and also from a car that was parked in the garage.

A white male suspect was later caught on surveillance video at Big Lots in Alcoa and a Market in Walland, TN using a stolen credit card from the burglary. The following morning Blount County Officers stopped a vehicle in their county and additional property taken from the Victim was found in the car. Terry D. Clabough, was the driver of the car and was subsequently identified as the subject in the video using the stolen card at the stores.

Clabough was arrested at the scene and Sevier County Detectives charged him with Aggravated Burglary.
