In fact, there are 181 registered sex offenders in Sevier County, 557 in Knox, and 170 in Blount.

With Halloween’s passage and the holiday season looming, many residents are taking extra steps to ensure safety, yet the number of registered sexual offenders in the area escape the attention of many.
