Karla Davis

Karla Davis, commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, will speak to the Smoky Mountains Area Workforce Development Board at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24. Her comments will come after a special recognition of employers from the board’s service area: Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, Sevier and Union counties.
