Just two weeks after a teenage and youth pastor were killed in a fiery accident which was most likely caused by an impaired driver, a Seymour man is being charged with vehicular homicide of a woman.
According to Sevier County Affidavit of Complaint, while driving a Ford F-150 on Porterfield Gap at 3 a.m., William C. Heine Jr., 34, went off the right side of the road and smashed into a utility pole Sept. 28.
The impact of the accident left him injured. Heine’s passenger Kristi Creel, 28, died in the crash.
It was then reported Heine fled the scene of the accident and did not notify the police.
