When Seymour and Sevier County play football on Friday night each fall, it is a special game full of rich tradition and cross county rivalry between fans, coaches and players. Many have friends and relative on both teams.
Like Seymour Athletic Director Gary Householder said, “There’s nothing like Friday night football.” One might add especially when it’s Seymour and Sevier County. This past Friday’s game was no exception with plenty of fireworks not only during plays but also in between as the officiating got completely out of hand.
