After winning in their elections, several Sevier County officials took the oath of office Aug. 31.

Sevier County Mayor Larry Waters presided over the ceremony.

“It is always good to be able to participate after we have had an election,” Waters said. “This helps us recognize what a great county we live in.”

Oaths of office were administered to Property Assessor Johnny King and County Clerk Karen Cotter.
