A Seymour woman was arrested Sept. 3 for reportedly abusing 9-1-1 emergency services.

According to the arrest warrant signed by Sevier County Officer Jacob Mattern, Lena Miller, 51, had placed a call to 9-1-1 to complain about the noise coming from her neighbors, who were shooting off fireworks.
