A drug overdose led to the arrest of two men earlier this week.

Officers with the Knoxville Police Department responded with Emergency Medical Services to a call  concerning a possible overdose at 401 Center Oak in South Knoxville Sept. 3 at about 3 p.m.

EMS treated David J.F. Johnson, 30, who was believed to have accidentally overdosed on an unknown drug.

Johnson was then transported to an undisclosed hospital and was later released.
