A key component of a successful business is having a product nobody else in the area has, and the new ownership of The Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Shop is proving that to be just the case.

“There is no reason we have to travel so far to get the best of the best,” said the shop’s new owner Sarah Parham. “Seymour is maturing to the point where we can have top quality products. We don’t have to get our coffee at a gas station.”

Parham said since acquiring the shop in April, one of her primary focuses has been providing the top of the line for each product available.

Serving everything from soups, sandwiches, ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies and a variety of coffee shop items, Parham takes pride in the product quality.
