As Seymour High School moves through a handful of personnel changes, one of the three new Assistant Principals is already calculating ways to improve educational value at the school.
John Robinette, a mathematics teacher at SHS, is looking forward to stepping into his new role as one of the four assistant principals at the school.
“I was honored they considered me,” he said. “I’m a little anxious to get started and to help Seymour continue to be a good school and improve.”
Although Robinette hasn’t spent the majority of his teaching career at Seymour, he and his family have been longtime residents of the community and live in close proximity of the school itself.
