Sometimes dreams do come true.

Kyle Koeneman, one of the most outstanding athletes to ever come through Seymour High School is now playing for the Missoula (Montana) Osprey minor league pro baseball team. Missoula is an affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

It’s been a long road for the former Eagle after playing for Walter State, LSU and Carson-Newman before signing a pro contract.

“This whole experience has been great,” said Koeneman.  “Montana is a beautiful area.  I was surprised when I got out here.  It wasn’t what I expected.”
