A business previously located in Gatlinburg has moved to Sevierville in an effort to be more centralized to the community.

The Sevierville Wells Fargo Home Mortgage held its grand opening May 23 at its new location at 534 Winfield Dunn Parkway.

“On behalf of the city of Sevierville we appreciate you coming down to the other side of the mountain,” said Sevierville Vice Mayor Devin Koester at the welcoming ceremony.

Wells Fargo is the largest retail mortgage lender, according to East Tennessee Area Manager Cindy Greene.
