When BankEast was first acquired by U.S. Bank in early 2012 customers were told the most noticeable change they should expect was a name change.
Now that BankEast has been operating as U.S. Bank for a healthy number of months, customers can expect the name change to be fully complete with the replacement of the signage.
“All the signs on former BankEast branches were switched over last week,” said Nicole Garrison-Sprenger, Vice President Corporate Public Relations for U.S. Bank. “As of June 11, those branches will open with all U.S. Bank products and services.”
Tom Allen, the owner of Allen Sign Company, the area contractor that replaced the signage for the Seymour branch, said in addition to replacing the tall signs he has also been contracted to update the door signs and the channel letters above the entrance.
