An 18-hole charity golf tournament has been slated to help Seymour residents in need.
The third annual C.R.O.S.S. Golf Tournament is scheduled to be held May 19 at Creekside Plantation Golf Course in Seymour.
In conjunction with C.R.O.S.S. Ministries, the tournament is designed to generate revenue to help local families who are facing economic woes.
“C.R.O.S.S. stands for Christians Reaching out Serving Seymour,” said Judy Molique, chairperson for the event. “We are a local food bank and when we have the money we help struggling families pay their utility bills.”
