The use of new technology in the classroom has added a whole new dynamic to the learning process for educators.
From the introduction of the calculator, the computer, and the Mimio board, many teachers have seen drastic improvements in students who have access to latest advancements in education.
Seymour Primary is no exception to the growing importance of technology in our school systems. For many at the primary school, the iPad is seen as the next step in education evolution.
“Since we have incorporated the iPad there has been an overall improvement in academics,” said Cathi Gaylor, Resource Teacher for Seymour Primary. “Some children may have an issue focusing, but the high interaction level with the iPad has really helped.”
