CVS Construction Underway

Construction has begun on South Knoxville’s new CVS with plans to open in late January.
The company’s goal is to relocate the current CVS in Chapman Plaza to the intersection of Chapman Highway and Majestic Grove Road, with more merchandise space available in a 13,225 sq ft building.
An official opening date has not yet been set, according to Mike DeAngelis, public relations director for CVS, although plans are on track.
“We typically hold a grand opening sales event a week after a store officially opens so we'll have more details to share early next month,” he said.
